Today,
Bethanie had a dear friend over. Her name is Destiny.
Bethanie has always liked Destiny. They have been together since Kindergarten. Destiny has a service dog because Destiny is autistic. It is really neat because
Bethie has a very special way with Destiny. I have seen Destiny on verges of meltdown, and
Bethanie is able to calm her down and reason with her. A couple days ago, Destiny wanted to take a special friend to see the movie Hotel For Dogs. So her mom asked her who she wanted to take. She of course wanted to take
Bethanie.
Bethanie had so much fun! So we set up a play date for today. It appears that Destiny has never had a play date with a friend before. She had a BLAST! So did
Bethanie.
Bethie was so worn out she had to take a nap (with me). It was neat that Destiny was able to come for a visit, and that her mom felt safe enough to leave her here with us.
Bethanie is always an entertainer. This is amazes me because she is bashful. I have heard that many natural performers are shy people but are excellent as performers. Maybe it has something to do with role-playing, they are pretending to be other people so it is easier for them. This is an old wig that White Grandma had in her trunk.
Bethanie loved having short dark hair for a while (she has long
blond hair naturally)

Loving White Grandma

The Dancer-
Bethie.
Bethanie is the one in the blue and white striped shirt at the ballet pole in the middle of the girls. Allison is her dance teacher.

She loves to dance and takes her practice very seriously. She ALWAYS listens to what her teacher has to say. Her Spring recital is coming up and she will do a Ballet dance and a Tap dance routine for that recital. I am guessing somewhere in the end of April.
