So, seems like eating out of town during the hospital stay destroyed what I was working towards. So it is time to get back on track and buckle down! That means I have to SWEAT. Blech! I hate sweating. That is what makes me *NOT* want to exercise. But, Jeff is going with me to the college to work out. We already did the yard work for the day. Back on track.....harder than you think. I would rather comfort myself with food.
